FURNITURE

Furniture Items can be sent to us through email for approval. Please include complete pictures of each item along with any defects. If available, please include the brand/maker, time & location and price paid for item. (This gives us a better idea on whether we will have a good chance selling your piece for you.)

HOME DECOR

Please pack these items safely into a sturdy unbreakable box. Any glass/ breakable items must be properly wrapped. We are NOT responsible for any broken items that are left for consignment that are not properly wrapped. 

HOW TO CONSIGN:

WE ACCEPT ITEMS MONDAY OR THURSDAY ONLY

Price to be determined by Consignment Corner Miami.

$5.00 consignment fee automatically deducted annually.

Consignment Corner Miami is Not responsible for damage due to fire, theft, or water.

Checks are issued every month between the 5th and 15th ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS

You may request a check to be mailed for a $1.00 postage fee.

Consigner Split:
Any items sold over $100.00 will receive 50% of sale.

Any items sold under $100 will receive 40% of sale.

Items stay on sales floor for TWO months at first price before going 1/2 price for TWO weeks. 

​Any items that do not sell can either be picked up by designated pickup time otherwise items get donated to a charity. Please keep track of your pick up dates!
